Youth Workshops
What if youth could recognize negative emotions and have the mental muscle to choose a positive state of mind? In these online and in-person workshops, students learn the importance of building their self-command muscle, explore how to identify negative self-talk and how to manage stress and conflict in a healthy way.
Suicide Alertness Facilitation
SafeTALK and ASIST are LivingWorks programs designed to empower participants to have skillful conversations about suicide. Participants learn how to recognize persons who might be having thoughts of suicide, connect them with community resources and assist with an intervention.

I am a Certified Mental Fitness Coach who brings experiential, engaging and fun mental fitness workshop to youth by implementing a new mindfulness framework.By the end of these tailored 2-3 hour workshops, students have new tools to shift from a negative (stress, anxiety, doubt, fear and worry) to positive (confidence, empathy, curiosity, love, and calm focused action) mindset in as little as 10 seconds.Unlock youths' potential, shift their perspective and discover a new way of thinking.
